Have you ever spent a lot of time wanting something, maybe nagging your parents for it or perhaps working to get it, just to lose interest in it once you got it?

Things of this world only satisfy parts of our hearts part of the time because we were meant for heavenly things. Describe a time when you felt really happy. What made you so happy?

Lord, help me to find my joy in You, and in love and service for others.
